HOME OF THE OLIVE MAY AND MALUKA OF KERMANDIE

“currently in dry dock”

Berthed at The Kermandie’s modern marina is the oldest Australian sailing charter vessel in survey, the 1880 Olive May as well as the 1932 Maluka of Kermandie.

Both are built of Huon Pine, are gaff-rigged and have been lovingly restored by Sean Langman.

Maluka sailed in the 2006 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race and was the first yacht under 9.5 metres to finish. In the 2014 race, she led on handicap for a large portion of the race, finishing 13th overall.
